Review: Paappy Appacha movie moves around a wealthy father and son, who were shrewd and notorious. They owned schools, bar, hospital and many other institutions. Annie (Kavya Madhavan) who was appointed in their school as a teacher. She is daughter of Varghese master who is engaged in social activities. She raised her voice against the wrong deeds of Paappy (Dileep) and Appachan (Incent).
